2nd annual Dutch Oven Showdown
November 15 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
$15
Food is ready by 5:30pm, cooking starts at 1pm
Tasting tickets: 50 total will be available for $15 each and are first come, first served.
** Important notes to the chefs **
Must sign up here to participate as a chef: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/6xzxF133Lh
No reheating. Dish must be made and cooked on-site.
Must bring your own Dutch oven, DO tools, charcoal, fire blanket, ingredients, serving utensils.
Must be able to serve 50 small bite servings (think small ice cream scoop size).
Each chef gets a free beer.
Suggested 2-3 Dutch ovens for the recipe.
Can cut veggies and meat ahead of time.
Premade condiments allowed, such as ice cream.
FOTY will provide blaster nachos and snacks.
FOTY will provide bleach water and food thermometers
Judges’ and peoples’ choice awards for top recipe in each category!
