Stewardship

Our goal is to measure and document the health of the Yampa River‭, ‬identify collaborative opportunities to improve the health of‭ ‬the Yampa‭, ‬and implement environmental projects and recreational enhancements‭. ‬To reach stewardship goals, FOTY will use the following strategies: conducting scientific assessment, being a catalyst for change, identifying threats, using holistic conservation, managing and leading the Yampa River Fund, preserving and enhancing flows, and mobilizing volunteer corps.
