Friends of the Yampa is excited to team up with the City of Steamboat Springs to provide stewardship, education and support for all river users.
We will need a list of dedicated volunteers to help spread the word about recreating responsibly. Volunteer ambassadors get a Yampa River Ambassador sunshirt after volunteering for two shifts. All volunteers will be invited to attend an end-of-year party to celebrate the season and thank them for all of the hard work! Click the link below to apply to be a river ambassador.
